Google Voice site down?

Just received a phone call from someone I swear I had set to not ring my phone via google voice, so I went to www.google.com/voice and received this page…

anyone having similar issues with Google Voice? anyone know when it started or a posting by Google explaining in advance?

Also, my Google Voice app on Android is still working for receiving Voicemail and text messages via Voice.
